Education that connects — to place, to people, to purpose.

For too long, schools that serve Native and rural students have been offered outside educational solutions that don’t address their students’ unique needs or take into account community priorities. Integrative Learning Partners was built to change that — by partnering with school districts and native-serving organizations to design and implement relevant curriculum and to help students and educators thrive in their distinctive environments.

Experienced Guidance.  Empowering Results.

Our work is shaped by years of teaching in multi-grade, rural classrooms where one educator does it all. We know the pressure of trying to meet every mandate while honoring the reality of the students’ lives. We also know what happens when education finally clicks — when students see why school matters, and communities see their values reflected in the classroom.

That’s what we help schools build.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore support or have a specific program in mind, we offer a free initial consultation to talk through your goals and recommend a plan. There’s no pressure — just a chance to connect and see what’s possible.

How We Help

I.L.P. partners with schools and educational organizations to design programs that reflect community values and district goals. We collaborate on I.E.A. and other education grants with community leaders and local experts to foster authentic learning and sustainable skill development. We also work with tribes, Native corporations, and agencies to secure funding and manage logistics.

We help build engaging classrooms and school-wide curriculum that integrates community voice, district and state standards, place-based learning and critical thinking. Our approach centers around relevance — creating yearlong project-based models that helps students connect education to their lives, families, and futures.

I.L.P. supports rural and Native-serving teachers with realistic, hands-on coaching grounded in classroom experience, teacher empowerment, and the growth mindset. We help educators with all levels of experience to thrive in rural settings and multi-grade and multi- subject classrooms.
